Thompson School District: Conrad Ball Middle School

Scope of Work: Floor tile and mastic abatement

Element Environmental Services removed 68,175 square feet of asbestos-containing floor tiles and mastic throughout the school. This was done to make way for significant renovations and the building of new additions to the school. The asbestos removal was carried out in several phases, as the school had to stay open during the renovation process.
Arapahoe Libraries: Elosie May Libary House

Scope of Work: Abatement of textured drywall, carpet mastic, and vinyl flooring
Completion Date: 7/22/2021
Arapahoe Libraries hired Element Environmental Services to abate 15,500 square feet of asbestos-containing building materials from the Elosie May Libary House. The abatement was necessary to demolish the property and allow for a parking expansion.
Denver Federal Center Building 13,14, and 77
Location: Denver, Colorado
Scope of Work: Removal and disposal of asbestos-containing and regulated building materials.
Completion Date: 3/09/2023
Element Environmental Services abated the asbestos-containing materials and adequately disposed of other regulated building materials, such as mercury switches, PCB Ballasts, and fluorescent bulbs from buildings 13,14 and 77 at the Denver Federal Center.
Denver Public Schools: Colfax Elementry
Location: Denver, Colorado
Scope of Work: Removal and disposal of cafeteria windows that contain lead-based paint.
Completion Date: 7/21/2023
Denver Public Schools hired Element Environmental Services to safely remove and dispose of the cafeteria windows at Colfax Elementary School that contained lead-based paint. After removing the windows, Element also made sure to securely close up the window openings.
